Antique French Hand made dovetailed copper marmite/cauldron.

A small antique hand made copper marmite /cauldron . Believed to date from the 1800's; Unique item with a beautiful patina. Dovetail seams to side and base. Rolled copper rim, slightly dented in places, with a forged iron handle; attatched to the pot either side with copper rivets and brass plates. The pot is water tight, but there is one large dent to its base.
