Art Deco brass handled serving tray/ table centre piece

This brass tray has an embossed design around its circumference. It has a thick detachable glass lining ( undamaged) flat handle and ball feet. Possibly used originally as a table centre piece or for serving sweets etc The piece has an aged appearance and has not been cleaned 930 grams 19cm height 19.5 cm diameter Delivery is made via Colissimo International, an international parcel delivery service run by the French post office.
