Vintage French copper saute pan - 28cm/ 11" diameter

A Large professional tin lined copper saute pan - 28cm diameter (11.02") Heavy pan with Iron handle and copper rivets. Marked 28 weight 2.966 kilos Height 9cm There is a small amount of copper showing through the base of the tin lining, this would therefore need re-tinning if it is to be used. A few scratches to the underside but the surface is smooth, without indentations and the pan sits flat. The piece is not signed. Thickness at rim approximately 2mm Delivery is made via Colissimo International, an international parcel delivery service run by the French post office.
